Processing and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, high order volumes, weather, transportation issues, customer availability, incorrect address details, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable UAE contact number. Additional delivery or reshipping charges may apply where a shipment is returned or redelivery is required because of customer-provided information or customer unavailability.
